Shipping of Wine
Wine baskets, Cheese and Wine, Beer, Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate:
All orders received by 1:00PM EST will be shipped the same day (Monday
through Friday).
UPS GROUND shipments will arrive no later than 4
Business Days (Monday through Friday) after the day of shipping.
Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all applicable
excise, use and sales taxes due their state related to the purchase of
these products. Purchaser warrants that they are at least 21 years of
age.
The purchaser acknowledges that title to these products passes on to the
purchaser at the time of pick-up by UPS, Federal Express, or other
means. Further, the purchaser authorizes Cheese and Wine Unlimited to
choose a shipping method on behalf of the purchaser which will act as
the purchaser's agent.
